are now being invited for the next Auction House Midlands-wide auction, which
is returning to the room in December.
Five of
the group’s businesses are joining forces to hold a special pre-Christmas sale
– Birmingham & Black
Country, Coventry & Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire &
Shropshire, and Nottingham & Derbyshire.

wide range of properties from across the region - which stretches from
Stoke-on-Trent down to Northampton, and from Wolverhampton across to Leicester.

The auction will be held on Thursday
8 December at 11am at Walsall Football Club in the West Midlands. It
will be a hybrid in-room and livestream event, where buyers can bid from the room,
by phone, proxy, online or from the comfort of their own home.
Lots already listed include seven properties
on the same road in Walsall – all of which are investment opportunities, and
some have the advantage of already being let, so they are available with a ready-made
income.
The very first Midlands-wide auction
took place online back in June this year, during which the sale of 49 lots raised
over £6.5m (£6,519,000).
