As the leaves turn colour and the dark nights come rolling
in, it would seem the change in seasons has not prompted a change in enthusiasm for property. The property market is still buoyant and as always still high on
the list when it comes to news and interest.
The residential sales department is still achieving a high number
of enquiries and Loveitts have been able to bring some exciting property and developments
to the market. Eighteen luxury apartments
have come to market in Earlsdon, Coventry by our New Homes team with Help to
Buy on offer.
In our letting’s division legislation seems to change almost
on a weekly basis and again we saw major changes announced in September. Six months’
notice is required to a tenant to obtain possession back of your property as a
landlord, this an extension of three months compared to changes brought in during
Covid-19. This again emphasises the importance of using an agent like ourselves
who conduct thorough referencing checks on tenants applying to move into your
property.
In September we held our online auction. The auction result
was a 92% success rate on properties sold which again showed the strength of
the Coventry and Warwickshire market place currently. It also highlighted the
appetite people have for a potential bargain! More lots are being entered for
November so if you would like a catalogue to come to you please email the
auctions team on auctions@loveitts.co.uk
.
And as I am sure many of you have noticed and despite these
most uncertain times we have changed they way we look! We now have a new style
website, brand new for sale and to let boards which shows a modern look, but still
references our heritage which dates back to 1843 – something as a firm we are
extremely proud of. In an image focussed world we felt it was important to
ensure that Loveitts are also mindful of how we look and with the new concept
and logo we now have, we are more confident than ever that we can market your residential
or commercial property better than ever before.
